Cancellations, Returns & Exchange Policy

At The Aum Studio Pvt. Ltd., we believe in making your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. That’s why we have a flexible cancellation and return policy in place.

Order Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel your order, please request within 72 hours of placing it.
• Once approved, a full refund will be processed and deposited into your account via RTGS/NEFT within 7 working days.

Returns & Exchange

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’ll be happy to replace it at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

• Contact Us: For assistance, contact our Customer Service Team within 72 hours of delivery at +91-98213 66569 (Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM) or visit our Head Office at 460, Patparganj Industrial Estate, Delhi.
• Product Condition: The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with price tags, labels, and the original invoice.
• Packaging: Please ensure that the return package is securely packed to prevent any further damage during transit.

Once we receive your returned product, we’ll process the exchange within 7 days.
